Good Tea, Subscription Question

I was looking for something to help me wind down at night and saw a deal for NoonBrew. I grabbed their MoonBrew Sleep Tea to try it out. The taste is actually pretty good, not too earthy like some other mushroom blends I've tried. My only small gripe is that the discount code was a bit finicky at checkout, but I eventually got it applied. I'm enjoying the tea, but before I commit long-term, I'm wondering how easy it is to cancel the NoonBrew subscription if I decide to. Overall, happy with the purchase for the price with the discount.

Love the oolong tea!

I just tried the Superfood Organic Oolong Tea and it's amazing! The energy is so clean, no jitters at all. I've been looking for something like this for ages. I already told my sister about it, she needs to try it too. Definitely coming back for more, maybe the MoonBrew next time!

Good first buy, fair price

I grabbed the NoonBrew 30 Serving Tin during a 10% off promotion. I was looking for a healthier caffeine alternative and this seemed like a decent value. The shipping was free since my order was over $50, which was nice. It arrived quickly and the product itself is pretty good. I felt it was worth the price.

Overall good experience

I ordered the NoonBrew 30 Serving Refill Bag and a Frother. The shipping was quite fast, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. The tea itself is effective, I do feel more focused without the afternoon crash. My only minor gripe is the frother felt a bit less sturdy than I expected for the price point, but it gets the job done. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about preparation. I appreciate the subscription savings too; it makes it a more sustainable choice in the long run. Good value for what it offers.

What's the deal with returns? Not sure if I'll like the taste and don't want to be stuck with a whole tin if it's not my jam. Is it a pain to send back?

P Priya 3 months ago

I returned a frother once that was broken and it was pretty straightforward. They have a policy where you can return within 30 days, just hit up their support. They refunded me super fast.

G Greg 3 months ago

Yeah, I think you have like 30 days or something. Haven't had to return the tea itself, but their customer service was helpful when I had a question about my order, so I imagine returns would be similar.

Quick question about discounts. I see a bunch of codes floating around, but can I use one for first-time buyers AND get the subscription discount? Or is it just one or the other?

R Renee 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at checkout. So if you're subscribing, the subscription discount usually applies automatically and you can't add another coupon on top of that first order discount. It's usually a better deal to just go with the subscription saving.

N Nick Romero 2 months ago

Yeah, what they said. It's one or the other. I tried stacking once and it didn't work. The subscription discount is usually a solid 20% off though, which is good.

Anyone know about shipping times to, like, New York City? Trying to figure out if I can get it before I run out of my current stuff next week.

D Daisy N. 2 months ago

Pretty sure they ship within a few days. I'm in Philly and usually get my orders in 3-5 business days. NYC should be similar, maybe even quicker.

I Ivy 2 months ago

Yeah, I think it's usually 3-7 days. I'd order soon if you need it by next week, just to be safe. They're usually pretty good though.

how does this compare to mud wtr? i've been using mud wtr for a while but it's gotten a bit expensive, looking for alternatives but want something similar in terms of effect.

D Derek V. 3 months ago

I actually switched from Mud Wtr to NoonBrew a few months ago! I find NoonBrew gives me a cleaner energy, less earthy taste. And it feels lighter. Mud Wtr sometimes made me feel a bit heavy. Price-wise, NoonBrew felt like a better value for what I was getting.

T Todd Vargas 3 months ago

I haven't tried Mud Wtr personally, but from what my friends say, NoonBrew is less 'mushroomy' tasting if that makes sense. It's more of a tea flavor, but still gives that sustained energy without the crash.

Hey, thinking about trying NoonBrew for that afternoon slump. Does it actually work or is it just another fancy tea that does nothing? And is it really jitters-free?

T Troy 2 months ago

I've been using it for a couple months and yeah, it definitely helps. Not like a coffee jolt, more like a smooth focus. No jitters for me, which is huge cause coffee makes me shaky.

R Rachel Beaumont 2 months ago

Totally agree. I was skeptical but it's pretty good. I drink it around 1-2 PM and I can power through my afternoon without feeling like I need a nap. It's not a miracle cure but it helps.
